View Personnel is a customizable database of information about all Qualtrax-enabled users in your organization. This chart displays only those fields that your administrator decides to include. Some common viewable fields are Full Name, Employee Photo, and User Id.
| 1. | From the Left Navigation Menu, click View Personnel. |
| 2. | The View Personnel screen opens in the View Frame. To view an employee's photo and personal information, simply select his or her name from the grid. |
Tips and Tricks
| • | To re-size a column, hover your pointer between columns until a black, double-sided arrow appears, then drag the column to the desired size. |
| • | To sort any column alphabetically, click once to sort in descending order. Click a second time to sort in ascending order. |
