Log In and Out
| 1. | When you connect to your Qualtrax server, you will see the Login Box in the lower left corner of the page below the Left Navigation Menu. To log in, enter your Username and Password, then click Login. |
| 2. | The Login Box is replaced by the Task List, a summary of the active documents, workflows and tests that appear on your My Qualtrax page. From here, click Logout to exit Qualtrax. |
Locked Account
Your administrator may have Qualtrax lock accounts after a certain number of failed log in attempts. When your account has been locked, the next time you try to log in you will see the following error message. If this happens, ask your administrator to reset your password, then log in and choose a new password on the User Preferences page.
