Task Due Dates/Legends

In a user's My Qualtrax screen, all tasks that appear in each section have a corresponding color-coded icon legend that relates to a due date that is set up via email reminders.  Managers determine these dates on a global basis for each type of task. Color coding allows the user to quickly determine if a task is approaching or past a due date.  This allows users to focus on those tasks that need immediate attention. Legends

 

When a task due date is approaching, late or expedited, emails are sent to the appropriate users.  When a task reaches the expedited state the users manager is also sent an email notifying him/her of the status of the expedited task. Qualtrax determines what manager is sent a copy of the expedited task by identifying who the "Group Manager" is for the group associated with the task.

 

Green Legend Icon Newly Added: Displays when the item is first displayed in a user's inbox and lasts until the specified amount of time has passed for any Proactive reminders.

 

Yellow Legend Icon Approaching Due Date: When the item has reached the time period for the Proactive email reminder but has not yet reached the time period designated for the Late email reminder it is considered Approaching Due Date.

 

Orange Legend Icon Late: When the item has reached the time period designated for the Late email reminder but has not yet reached the time period designated for the Expedited email reminder it is considered Late.

 

Red Legend Icon Expedited: When the item has reached the time period designated for the Expedited email reminder it is then considered Expedited.
