The core of the Qualtrax Document Control system is the required approval process. The approval step is mandatory for all documents and every listed approver must approve the document before it becomes published. A document must have at least one designated approver or group of approvers listed. Follow the instructions under the Document Properties/Document Lists tab for details on adding an approval group.
Qualtrax will place a document that has been released for approval in each approvers My Qualtrax under the DocumentsàDocuments to Approve headers. Additionally, each approver will receive an email alerting them that their approval is required.
