Changes Made Text Field

While users are required to enter text in the Changes Made field when releasing a document for review or approval, this field can also be used to take notes during lengthy edits.  To utilize this feature, go the General tab of the Document Properties of the document in edit, and type in applicable notes in the Changes Made field.  When finished, click on the Save Changes button button.  This can be repeated as many times as necessary during the edit process so that notes can be added as editing is occurring.
